This gift provides a reusable period pack (handmade by our talented team in Nepal) along with training sessions on menstrual health and hygiene. These sessions empower women and girls with knowledge, confidence and dignity, helping to break down taboos and transform communities.

You’ll receive a card to send on to your loved one, letting them know their gift is restoring smiles and self-respect across Nepal. We will also include an envelope for you to send your giftcard in.
